Ty Dafydd
Ty Dafydd’s accommodation is spread over two floors. The front entrance is directly off Lower St Mary’s Street which is a side road just off East Street the main road through Newport itself. There is free and unrestricted public parking right outside the cottage.
The front door opens onto a hallway and staircase. On the right of the hall is the sitting room which has a bay window to the front and french windows to the rear, which open onto the private courtyard garden. The sitting room has a fireplace, selection of books and games, flat screen TV and WiFi router.
Leading off the sitting room is the large kitchen-diner, which spans the ground floor. A rear door opens onto the private courtyard garden, which is arranged on two tiers and is a real sun trap during the day.
Garden furniture, a barbeque and a parasol are provided for Al fresco living in the fine weather.
Up the stairs on the first floor are the three bedrooms and bathroom, all of which are generously proportioned. The master bedroom has a large double bed, TV and large mirror wardrobe. The other two bedrooms are twin bedded, making very comfortable accommodation for up to six people.
