ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: Please arrive after 4.00pm and vacate by 10.00 am on the Saturday of departure, as this allows us sufficient time to clean the cottage personally for the arriving guests.
PAYMENT: Bookings are only fully confirmed on receipt of a deposit.
WINTER BREAKS: When the cottage is not booked for a whole week from December to March (excluding Christmas & New Year), we would be happy to rent it for mini-breaks (3 days) for £420.
